Our Sahray Festival Of Santal video
Sahray is the biggest holy festival of Santal community, which continues for five days during the worship of Hindu’s Goddess Kali ( i.e. ‘Kartiki Amabasya’) ; Cow-worship is the main moto of Sahray festival , making of Cow-dance (called ‘ khuntao’ ) ,making of Alpana-drawing’ are the most interesting parts of the festival; Sahray is a kind of fertility-cult based festival; the dancing-singing-drumming of Santal’s men and women are also very charmful aspect of this festival.
